Richard D. Batchelder, Jr.

Richard Batchelder is a Tony-winning Broadway producer and excited to be part of the Museum of Broadway family. Richard recently retired as a partner in the global law firm Ropes & Gray, where he spent 30 years as a litigator in Boston. He serves on several boards, including the Folger Shakespeare Library in DC, the USS Constitution Museum in Boston, and the Priory in the USA of the Order of St John. Co-producing credits include New York, New York, The Piano Lesson, The Kite Runner, The Inheritance (Tony), Be More Chill, and The Play That Goes Wrong (Off-Broadway).
