Jon has over 15 years of operations and operations management experience. Jon began his career working at The Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. Working in a variety of positions throughout the resort Jon found a passion for creating happiness. After leaving Disney Jon helped create the operations plan for things like The FRIENDS Experience, The Office Experience and BravoCon.
