Ryan O’Hara is currently an Associate Project Manager for JLL’s Project and Development Services in New York. He has spent the last two years working primarily on tenant fit outs ranging in size from 5,000 s.f. to 190,000 s.f. His responsibilities include budget and schedule tracking, coordination of design and construction, client relationship management, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and engaging in the closeout process. His effective communication skills and ability to multi-task, combined with his commitment to flawless execution and delivery of a project make him a great asset to any team. Ryan holds a bachelor of science in construction management from Michigan State University. He is OSHA (10) certified.
